The Manager – Clinical Transformation will collaborate with others on initiatives critical to improving clinical outcomes for DaVita patients. They will work with a team of highly-motivated individuals with management consulting, public health, change management, and healthcare delivery experience and are expected to effectively manage individual work streams and communicate recommendations to their team leads and cross-functional partners.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of total work experience
  • Experience with large-scale business transformations with tangible impact on operating/financial performance preferred
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills preferred
  • Evidence of strong partnership ability preferred
Responsibilities
  • Clinical Expertise
  • Builds deep understanding of clinical processes associated with dialysis; observes operations to incorporate ‘real-world’ considerations into work
  • Learns physiological context that informs ‘why’ or ‘how’ an intervention may impact patient health outcomes
  • Collaborative Problem Solving:
  • Leverages hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities
  • Shows intellectual curiosity and willingness to question ‘why’ or ‘how can we do this better?’
  • Develops understanding of how work fits into the bigger picture
  • Analytics and Strategic Synthesis:
  • Utilizes analytical approaches or frameworks, and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six-Sigma) when appropriate
  • Written & Oral Communication:
  • Conveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis
  • Project management:
  • Creates and manages project work plans
  • Ensures timelines are met
  • Develops understanding of how each part of workstream impacts other parts of workstream (i.e. predecessors)
  • Travel: Up to 20% travel may be required at times; though typical travel is 5-10%
