We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Manager to lead our remote Google Cloud Solutions Architect (CSA) team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and developing a team of talented CSAs. You will ensure the team’s success in identifying customer workloads, designing innovative solutions, and driving the adoption of NetApp’s Google Cloud-based products. Collaborating closely with Google Cloud’s Sales and CSA leadership, you will play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and achieving sales goals.

Our collaborative Sales, Technical, and Customer Success teams are dedicated to implementing and scaling cloud and software services, consistently exceeding sales goals. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of remote Cloud Solutions Architects, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Drive team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies for Google Cloud solutions.
  • Work closely with Google Cloud’s Sales and CSA leadership to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure the team effectively qualifies customer opportunities and designs tailored solutions.
  • Oversee the delivery of compelling presentations and proofs-of-concept to showcase our solutions.
  • Facilitate seamless handovers of new customer wins to Professional Services and Customer Success teams.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate customer opportunity status in Salesforce.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Participate in strategic planning and provide input on product direction and market trends.
