Job Description We are looking for a Manager, Consumer & Market Insights to support a high‑impact insights portfolio covering always‑on tracking and strategic ad‑hoc projects across FMCG, Telco, and multi‑industry clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear, actionable business insights, and is comfortable managing multiple studies, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously. What You’ll Do Lead brand health tracking and recurring studies (monthly / quarterly) Deliver quantitative ad‑hoc projects (e.g. U&A, pricing, ad evaluation, shopper, RTM) Interpret trends and movements across waves, not just single data points Translate data into clear insights and business recommendations Partner closely with marketing and business stakeholders Manage research agencies to ensure quality, speed, and relevance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields Atleast 4 years of experience in Consumer / Market Insights Experienced in brand tracking and quantitative ad‑hoc studies Comfortable managing multiple projects or clients in parallel Tools & Data MS Excel: survey data handling, pivots, basic analysis MS PowerPoint: clear, insight‑led storytelling Comfortable working with quantitative data and trends Working Style Strong analytical and synthesis skills Able to turn data into clear business implications Structured, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment Additional Information Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
