Job Description Process and/or approve Remittances with accuracy and within established SLA in compliance with regulatory laws, internal policy and procedures. Ensure proper handling of documents and that all documents are always accounted for. Assist with queries/escalation from other functions ( Middle Office, Relationship Managers, Branches ) to deliver quality service that exceeds customers’ expectations. Ensure all controls – Start of day, intraday and End of day are meticulously followed, and evidence kept of the same. Implement and maintain a high standard of operations control and compliance to always protect the Group’s and Clients’ interests. Ensure in the processing of requests that they are always ‘audit worthy’ and will pass scrutiny of the various 1st, 2nd and 3rd lines of defence teams. Strong commitment and drive to Eliminate, Simplify and Automate process. Provide support in ad-hoc project and tasks as directed by Team Head and Department Head.
