Job Description - Assist to manage and process Account Opening and/or Customer & Account Data Maintenance requests for Individual Customers. - Complete all data maintenance requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement - Handle enquiries/ escalation from Singapore Branches and Business & Support Units. - Prepare and submit management/ statistical reports. - Lead/ Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives.
