In this vital role, you will lead the commercial activities across multiple projects, playing a key part in shaping our strategy and delivering exceptional results in the burgeoning entertainment sector of Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities Drive the development of innovative commercial strategies in alignment with Qiddiya's vision and project objectives. Conduct thorough market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the commercial landscape. Lead pricing and revenue management initiatives to optimize financial performance across projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and deliver exceptional value to stakeholders. Manage contract negotiations and maintain strong relationships with external partners and service providers. Oversee financial performance tracking, reporting on KPIs, and developing strategies for improvement. Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring all financial goals are met. Conduct comprehensive market assessments to inform strategic decisions and identify potential areas for growth. Develop and present reports that outline project performance and commercial insights to senior management. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster development and build a strong commercial capability within the team. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 7-10 years of relevant experience in commercial management, preferably within the entertainment, construction, or real estate sectors. Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and recommendations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with financial analysis and commercial management software. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
