Tracing the most suitable & experienced contractor for execution of jobs at site Preparation of Tender documents with specifications & Contract Conditions Cost estimation & Analysis, Comparison statement Identification of Vendors as per job requirement Development / upgrade of existing contractors Preparation of Work orders in SAP, Following company’s approval process Conducting contractors review meetings, Preparation of minutes  Preparation of enquiry documents viz. BOQ, Scope matrix, General terms and conditions and sending the same to contractors Maintaining of approved budget Prepare monthly MIS Report
Responsibilities
The manager is responsible for identifying and developing contractors, preparing tender documents, and managing the end-to-end contract execution process. They will also handle cost estimation, rate negotiations, and maintain project budgets using SAP.
