Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Manager, Commercial Marketing/Enablement to power Visana’s next stage of growth. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role partners closely with the Senior Director of Marketing, Client Success team, and operations leadership. You’ll lead B2B marketing campaigns, manage industry events, enable sales success, and strengthen our position as the leader in women’s health.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/FOCUS AREAS

  • Commercial & B2B Marketing Strategy: Plan, write, and execute marketing content across LinkedIn, digital ads, newsletters, collateral, and sales tools.
  • Market & Competitive Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor positioning to keep Visana differentiated.
  • Event & Conference Management: Own end-to-end execution of Visana’s presence at key industry events (e.g., HLTH, AHIP, Becker’s) — including booth strategy, logistics, travel coordination, and ROI tracking.
  • Sales Enablement & Operations: Develop and maintain slide decks battlecards, FAQs, case studies, and presentation decks; support sales campaigns, meeting prep, and account mapping.
  • Process & Documentation: Build repeatable processes and maintain clear documentation to help the team scale via our Commercial Playbook
  • AI & Automation: Leverage AI tools to scale execution and improve operational efficiency.
  • Platform & Tool Management: Help manage CRM tools, and content libraries to keep resources up to date. Explore new tools and platforms to increase efficiency and effectiveness of our enablement.
  • Content & Messaging: Collaborate with Cross functional Teams and the Marketing team to translate complex clinical and product offerings into clear, compelling messaging tailored to payers, employers, and consultants.
  • Chief of Staff Functions: Provide support to the Chief Commercial Officer to drive Commercial Leadership team governance and organization related to weekly meetings, offsite meeting planning, and special projects.
