Job Description: Performance Monitoring & Analysis ● Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across commercial department, ensuring alignment with company goals. Provide regular reports and dashboards for the commercial leadership team, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities ● Assess the impact of strategic initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement in deals, ads and other important restaurant metrics Data-Driven Decision Making ● Develop frameworks and models to measure business performance and identify optimization areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency. ● Support in setting targets and benchmarks for commercial business unit. Strategic Support & Insights ● Assist in monthly business reviews, presentations, and leadership discussions by providing relevant data and insights. Conduct deep dives into commercial and operational challenges and provide fact-based recommendations. Project & Initiative Support ● Support the head and commercial director in driving strategic projects and special initiatives. Work with team leads to implement performance improvement plans. ● Ensure effective tracking and execution of key business priorities. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in a performance analysis, business analysis, consulting, or strategy role. Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL). Experience in working with OKRs, KPIs, and performance frameworks is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to present insights effectively to senior leadership. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Responsibilities
