To strengthen our Portfolio Management department, we are looking for a structured Manager Commercial Seed Purity for KWS Saat SE & Co. KGaA at our location in Einbeck, Lower Saxony. As a manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the biological/genetic quality control (purity) of our commercial seeds. This exciting position is full-time, permanent, and to be filled as soon as possible.

• Ensuring the quality of genetic/biological purity of commercial seeds (e.g., resistances, bolters, cross-pollinations)
• Coordinating laboratory analyses, greenhouse and field tests, as well as processing and evaluating results (data management)
• Handling quality issues throughout the entire process chain from basic to commercial seeds
• Contributing to the development of an overarching quality management system
• Further developing testing criteria and thresholds for seed purity
• Developing efficient quality management tools in collaboration with the quality management for basic seeds and IT
• Providing information for production, portfolio management, and sales
• Taking over project responsibility
