Description
Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support business goals. Oversee the creation and distribution of communication materials across various channels. Build and nurture relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners to maximize coverage and credibility. Manage regional communications budget and agency/paid-media spend; oversee forecasting, spend tracking and basic ROI reporting. Integrate earned media, influencer partnerships, paid content, and social platforms into cohesive programs that scale regionally. Lead reputational risk management and crisis communications for regional issues and incidents. Manage external agencies: briefing, coordination, performance evaluation, and ensuring alignment to business priorities and timelines. Collaborate with product, marketing, sales and data teams to amplify campaigns and measure impact using data-driven insights. 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. (Required) 7+ years in PR & communications roles, with proven success in complex, multi-market environments. Native-level fluency in Italian and English (spoken & written). Deep expertise in media relations, storytelling, and paid media strategies. Demonstrable experience running integrated communications campaigns (earned, paid, owned, influencer). Experience in fintech/technology/financial services or adjacent regulated industries. Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and track record managing multi-market launches. Experience in crisis communications and reputational risk mitigation. Fluency in French or Spanish (strong advantage). Experience leading a regional team or managing senior agency partners. Strong competencies in measuring communications ROI and using analytics to optimize programs. Experience executing influencer programs at scale. Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related discipline.
