Description:

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This position is responsible for the operation of the Anglican Care Community Aged Care teams in relation to the provision of home and community-based services, aligning with the relevant funding agreements, the Aged Care Quality Standards, Charter and relevant organisational policies and procedures.
This is a full time position

You will have
Relevant clinical tertiary qualification with AHPRA registration and relevant holistic business management experience in a similar position
Proven ability to successfully lead a team within a pro-active and positive workplace culture.
Proven experience or strong knowledge of funding and budgeting.
Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team with people who are ageing.
Understanding of case coordination, multidisciplinary teamwork and the ability to multi-task.
Confident manager able to engage and motivate consumers, families, staff and stakeholders
Experience and commitment to working with quality and risk management systems and promoting quality and
safety in the workplace.
Capacity to provide education and support to teams in the workplace.
Demonstrated ability to lead and promote change and contribute positively to workplace culture.
