Position Summary
Sirius Healthcare is seeking a mission-driven Manager of Community Relations to expand our clinical service footprint across Florida. This individual will build referral partnerships with addiction recovery centers, transitional housing programs, shelters, and community-based organizations—connecting patients with our telehealth offerings for HIV, Hepatitis C, STI care, and primary care services. This role plays a vital part in increasing access to healthcare through strategic outreach and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Community Development:
· Identify, engage, and secure partnership opportunities with treatment centers, halfway houses, shelters, and nonprofit organizations
· Present Sirius Healthcare’s service offerings through in-person meetings, webinars, and local events
· Develop custom outreach strategies tailored to partner and patient needs
· Maintain a dynamic pipeline of leads and partnership prospects
Relationship Management:
· Serve as the primary liaison for assigned community partners, ensuring satisfaction and engagement
· Lead onboarding of new partners with clear referral pathways and support materials
· Foster long-term relationships with counselors, discharge planners, and care coordinators
· Track partner activities and touchpoints using CRM tools
Internal Collaboration:
· Work closely with clinical, marketing, and operations teams to streamline messaging and workflows
· Provide community feedback to inform marketing, service delivery, and partnership priorities
· Represent Sirius Healthcare at community outreach events, health fairs, and industry conferences
Qualifications
· 2+ years in community outreach, business development, public health, or provider engagement
· Strong understanding of health disparities, particularly affecting underserved populations
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; public speaking ability a plus
· Proven ability to work independently and meet partnership goals
· Existing relationships with local organizations serving vulnerable populations preferred
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Central Florida
· CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred
Preferred Attributes
· Passion for health equity, harm reduction, and community empowerment
· Knowledge of HIV, STI, Hepatitis C, or behavioral health programs
· Bilingual in Spanish or Haitian Creole is highly desirable
· Background in nonprofit, behavioral health, or telehealth sectors is a plus
Compensation
· Base salary: based on experience
· Commission earned for each signed MOU location with an approved community partner
· Eligibility to participate in the company-wide annual performance bonus program, based on overall organizational financial and clinical performance benchmarks
· Mileage reimbursement and expense coverage for approved travel
Program Notes
· All commissions paid upon signed MOU + implemented by Clinical Services Manager
· Commissions may be split or scaled if part of a team effort
· Sirius Healthcare may review and adjust tiers quarterly based on market and referral trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,177.06 - $55,611.08 per year
