JOB SUMMARY

As an integral part of the APEC Compensation & Benefits team, the Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Manager will support C&B operations for APEC. This role will serve as the primary contact for all APEC C&B needs, ensuring alignment with Marriott’s compensation philosophy and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • 5-8 years of solid compensation and benefits experience. Consulting and project management experience is advantageous.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of customer service.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively as a team member or consultant with all levels of associates.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
