Job Purpose:To safeguard Alef's market position and reputation by building an integrated compliance program that ensures full adherence to UAE regulatory requirements. The role delivers comprehensive compliance assurance across all business operations while fostering a culture of integrity and proactive regulatory engagement. This role would report to the Director—GRC, under the CEO—Office.

• Key Accountabilities:Compliance Framework & StrategyDesign and implement Alef's compliance framework aligned with UAE regulatory requirements and business objectives.
• Develop the annual compliance plan with clear priorities, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
• Establish compliance monitoring programs and testing protocols for consistent oversight.
