Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the assurance monitoring framework, with particular focus on transactional monitoring.
  • Supervise a team responsible for reviewing business transactions, data changes, and other operational activities for compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure monitoring protocols assess operational behavior and transactional activity against applicable internal policies/procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Confirm the quality, consistency, and timeliness of monitoring reviews and reports.
  • Identify trends, patterns, or control gaps and escalate significant risks to senior compliance leadership.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to address monitoring findings and drive corrective actions.
  • Prepare and distribute reports summarizing key observations, risk themes, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Maintain awareness of regulatory developments and emerging risks that could impact the monitoring program
