Description
The Manager Compliance & Standards will oversee the organization’s adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and quality standards, ensuring consistent implementation and alignment with ISO and IMS standards. The role involves conducting audits, driving compliance initiatives, and promoting a culture of accountability across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with IMS and ISO standards. Plan, execute, and manage internal and external audits to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Monitor changes in regulations and standards to update compliance frameworks accordingly. Coordinate with departments to address non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions. Facilitate training and awareness programs on IMS, ISO, and compliance-related topics. Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and stakeholders. Collaborate with external auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth compliance processes. Conduct risk assessments and suggest measures to mitigate compliance risks. Promote continuous improvement initiatives in line with IMS and ISO requirements. Maintain documentation and records to support audit and certification processes. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. Certification in ISO standards, IMS, or compliance management is a plus. 5+ years in compliance, quality management, or auditing roles, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment. Strong knowledge and hands on experience of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and IMS standards; excellent auditing and report-writing skills; and proficiency in compliance management tools.
