SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university
  • 3-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
  • Ability to prepare cost savings analysis.
  • Excellent organization, planning, motivation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking, complex problem solving, judgment, and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong knowledge of customer service principles.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and properties to understand customer needs and add value.
  • Implement systems, tools, technology, products, or services as established by the Connectivity Program team.
  • Conduct meetings and follow up on program implementation.
  • Ensure clients are aware of the benefits of partner cable programs.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness, develop improvement plans, and make recommendations.
  • Create a uniform experience across the market within individual connectivity provider’s program guidelines.
  • Increase engagement of properties eligible for Partner Connectivity programs.
  • Develop and conduct training on Partner Connectivity Programs.
  • Conduct property audits and recommend appropriate connectivity program.
  • Conduct research and maintain relationships with Partner Cable Companies.
  • Assist in negotiating pricing with Partner Cable Companies.
  • Track program performance using national team tools.
  • Work with and adhere to processes and tools set up by the Dania Connectivity Program Team.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with various teams.
  • Assist upper management with personnel actions and manage the Performance Evaluation process in case of team growth.
  • Conduct business with high standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.
  • Perform or assist with operations to maintain workflow and meet schedules.
  • Participate in meetings and work groups to integrate activities and resolve problems.
  • Follow safety precautions and all policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.
