Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is part of the Finance Operations and Controllership organization, focusing on Financial Reporting and accounting, and has a total of 15 associates. Almost all positions involve specialist areas where a solid knowledge of Financial Accounting and/or Tax accounting is key. Focus areas include Month-end, Quarterly, Year-end close activities, supporting external Audits on both US GAAP as well as Statutory Audits, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow reporting, and implementation and guidance on US GAAP policies with a continued focus on driving optimization and automation.
The Manager Consolidation Reporting is responsible for the accounting, reviewing, planning, and evaluating of the Balance Sheet and Cashflow statements and related various accounting processes, and striving for further optimization, improvement, and automation. There is a key focus on Inventory Controlling.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Responsible for preparing, analyzing, reviewing, evaluating, and presenting actual Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements for the PVH Europe company.
  • Full ownership of the preparation and review of PVH Europe Balance Sheet and Cash Flow budgets and forecasts, including additional disclosures.
  • Driving change and further development in designing, monitoring, and analyzing key financial performance indicators and processes related to balance sheets, working capital, and cash flow statements.
  • Supporting Strategy execution around Optimizing Supply Value Chain projects.
  • Taking ownership of and further developing Inventory controlling activities like dashboarding, valuation, cost control, business partnering, and provisioning on divisional and channel levels.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with IT teams for safeguarding and further development of BI in the Finance team, including project management.
  • Participating in month-end closure activities like stock reporting, stock reclassifications, and goods in transit.
  • Participation and support in lease accounting.
  • Participation and support in quarterly preparation, review, and submission of Disclosures.
  • Key spokesperson and single point of contact for all Balance Sheet and Cash Flow related topics and analysis, frequently dealing with US and Senior Management stakeholders.
  • Ensure internal controls comply with SOX and Audit requirements.
  • Involvement in further process improvements and related business projects.
  • Preparation of information for senior management, both structured and on an ad-hoc basis dashboarding, board decks, and presentations.
