What you will be doing As Manager Consolidation & Reporting, you will be in charge of preparing timely and accurate Stolthaven consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring these are compliant with GSSC support. You will work closely with various offices and stakeholders, including auditors, to coordinate and understand key variances, manage reporting requirements, and oversee tax filings, especially for Stolt Tankers Limited. The role involves managing the audit process Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage financial consolidation activities for Stolthaven Terminals business, ensuring timely and accurate reporting using Oracle and FCC systems, supported by staff from our Global Shared Services Center. Coordinate the external audit process and act as the primary contact for auditors. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, ensuring compliance with group accounting policies and deadlines. Maintain and improve internal control processes, working with stakeholders to identify and implement best practices. Collaborate closely with group finance to resolve complex accounting issues and ensure consistent reporting. Requirements Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., RA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly preferred. Proven experience in financial consolidation, reporting, and audit management within an international organisation. Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Dutch GAAP and IFRS); hands-on experience with Oracle and FCC preferred. Proactive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multicultural team.
