These are your tasks

Client representation for the planning and implementation of construction measures for ALDI Immobilienverwaltung GmbH
Project management and professional leadership of externally commissioned architects and construction service providers
Responsibility for compliance with essential project parameters such as costs, quality and deadlines
Acceptance of construction work and responsibility for defect management
Technical assistance in creating building permits
Responsibility for the planning, tendering and awarding process
Warranty tracking in completed construction projects

This is what you bring with you

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, structural engineering, construction project management or a comparable qualification
At least three years of experience as a project manager, ideally in commercial or retail real estate.
Expertise in HOAI, phases 1-9 and VOB, parts A - C
Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking and action
Willingness to travel within the region
Independent, self-reliant and structured work style combined with strong teamwork skills
Communicative and assertive personality
