• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of National and Provincial Building Codes, construction methods, and permitting processes

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills
• Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects and making critical decisions under pressure
• Problem Solving: Effective conflict resolution and stakeholder management
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment with up to 30% travel
