Owner Furnished Equipment Management Responsible for managing owner-furnished equipment and materials in a data centre project, ensuring timely procurement, delivery, coordination, and installation by contractors. Acts as the primary interface between the owner, vendors, installation, and commissioning team to maintain schedule, quality, and compliance with project specifications, logistics requirements, and commissioning milestone Serves as the liaison between the project team and vendors to coordinate and obtain required technical documentation, including commissioning and test reports, operation and maintenance manuals, and technical data sheets. Project Control Develop Level 3 schedules using P6 and microsoft project for new sites Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling project cost, schedule, and performance for data centre projects. Develops and maintains budgets, forecasts, and schedules; tracks progress against baselines; manages change control; and reports on cost, schedule, and risk. Works closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate reporting, financial discipline, and timely delivery in compliance with contractual and governance requirements.
