Job description

To expand our team, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on construction projects in the pharmaceutical / life science / biotech sector.

Your tasks:

They advise our renowned clients on the successful realization of exciting construction projects.
They manage projects and programs of varying sizes and complexity – this includes, among other things, project organization, goal definition, scheduling, project control and progress documentation.
In your interface role, you ensure structured stakeholder management and are a reliable contact person for internal client departments, general planners, general contractors, subcontractors, local authorities, etc.
As the client's representative, you have a deep understanding of the client's requirements, including design, specifications and technical requirements.
They keep a constant eye on the processes of building completion, commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

You have successfully completed your technical studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or similar.
As a Senior Project Manager, you have approximately 10 years of relevant professional experience in project management or project control for complex building construction projects, including relevant experience with pharmaceutical, life science, and biotech construction projects.
You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, a quick grasp of concepts, and the ability to think analytically and in a networked way.
They possess excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English and enjoy working in multicultural teams.
They have experience with large and complex projects.
They possess a healthy mix of assertiveness and empathy, determination and team orientation, and work independently, in a detailed and careful manner.
