REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in English
• At least 7 years of professional experience
• Proven experience in early-career and skills development, including coaching and mentoring
• Demonstrated experience in hiring, talent assessment, and talent management
• Experience in a consulting role
• Willingness to travel and deliver boot camps (1-3 times per year, up to two weeks at a time)
• Ability to work remotely and independently with direct reports
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to understand individual needs and provide solutions
• Desire to work in an intense, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Based in London, Barcelona, Berlin, or Frankfurt

We’re looking for a Manager for our Consultant Development Program to help shape the future of our consulting team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring early-career consultants, ensuring they have the skills and support they need to succeed at Veeva. You will play a crucial role in building our talent pipeline and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Recruit and hire Associate Consultants into the Consultant Development Program, managing the full recruitment cycle from interviewing to offer delivery
• Plan, prepare, and deliver immersive boot camps and other learning programs to accelerate the development of Associate Consultants
• Conduct performance assessments and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to early-career consultants
• Collaborate with Practice Managers to evaluate consultant performance and identify key areas for growth
• Help prepare and run key internal events for our Associate Consultants
