We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Professional Services Manager to lead and support a team of project managers, solution consultants, and technical consultants. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving project execution, acting as a project sponsor, developing team talent, and collaborating cross-functionally with departments such as Support, Product, and Sales.
The ideal candidate has a strong leadership background, a track record of delivering complex implementation projects, and a deep understanding of customer success and revenue accountability in a services environment.

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a professional services, implementation, or consulting environment.
• Proven track record of managing customer-facing teams and delivering complex software or technology solutions.
• Experience in driving financial performance and project outcomes.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
• Strong project management acumen, including familiarity with methodologies like Agile, PMP, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset.
