What you will do:

EXPERIENCE:

  • Manager: 5+ years in procurement consulting or strategic advisory including experience leading transformation programs and C-suite engagements.

CONSULTING SKILLS:

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience delivering large-scale programs with measurable impact.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive client impact, and contribute to practice growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic procurement consulting projects across category management, cost optimization, ESG, and digital transformation.
  • Advise CPOs and senior stakeholders on procurement operating models, transformation roadmaps, and organizational design.
  • Develop and implement category strategies that align with client business objectives and deliver measurable savings.
  • Drive large-scale transformation programs, including digital tool adoption and supplier collaboration models.
  • Manage and mentor consulting teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional growth.
  • Support business development by contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and client relationship building
