Responsibilities
  • Lead and collaborate with business stakeholders to develop the One-to-One marketing strategy for the AAL business, to support the business in achieving acquisition, retention, and cross-sell targets.
  • Lead the One-to-One marketing strategy and execution for the AAL business.
  • Maintain regular touchpoints with the stakeholder and business landscape, the priorities, and strategic objectives to identify campaign and product collateral requirements.
  • Translate opportunities in the business strategy to develop a consolidated and aligned One to One marketing plan that optimizes experience and journeys.
  • Measure and track campaign performance and effectiveness to optimize future investment.
  • Utilize data and reporting to develop compelling insights and value propositions and inform marketing briefs, ensuring continual optimization of campaign activity.
  • Manage agency relationships to produce and deliver high-quality campaigns according to the brief.
  • Work with campaign analytics team to design, build, and deployment of 1:1 campaign activity in Adobe Campaign Automation platforms.
  • Develop and streamline processes and procedures to enable an effective operating rhythm and proactively manage risk.
  • Act as a custodian of the Allianz brand, ensuring alignment and consistency of brand messaging across marketing material.
