What You'll Do for Us: Support the crafting and execution of our marketing strategies for Authentic Tea House and portfolio activations, ensuring they resonate across all consumer connection points. Leverage data analytics to enhance marketing efficiency across media channels, especially to drive close loops. Drive effective marketing initiatives, working closely with brand teams, commercial partners, franchise team and external partners. Conduct competitive analysis, continuously adapting strategies to sustain a leading edge in our marketing efforts. Design and manage targeted content for campaigns and customer activations, overseeing the commercialization process for product launches. Keep a stringent watch over the marketing budget, ensuring optimal expenditure and ROI on marketing initiatives. Requirement & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 6+ years experience in driving innovative marketing improvements, balancing immediate & long-term priorities. Capability to execute and deliver quantifiable results, with a knack for importing and exporting good ideas that contribute to business development. Skilled in developing strategic branding positions and nurturing customer relationships while balancing financial and marketing analytics. Experience in portfolio management and revenue management (understanding OBPPC) Proficient in utilizing marketing assets and strategic partnerships to bolster connections with customers and consumers.
