We are now looking for a Manager, Content & Campaign to join our Marketing, Sustainability and Communications team. The primary location of the position is Helsinki, Finland. The position is a one-year fixed term contract.

What you will do

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of content and campaign plans in close collaboration with global and regional marketing teams, aligned with annual strategic focus areas
  • Plan and execute global brand campaigns to increase brand awareness and establish market positioning, with a focus on direct customers
  • Create, adapt, and optimize content for diverse global channels, ensuring consistency and relevance across all platforms
  • Define clear campaign goals, KPIs and processes to measure the business impact of activities in collaboration with global and regional marketing
  • Lead customer journey mapping initiatives and maintain any subsequent processes, to improve content effectiveness and enhance content engagement across all regions
  • Define and implement global channel strategies, including social media, to support business objectives and audience growth
  • Oversee global media content development and manage global media contracts to ensure alignment with brand and marketing goals

Who you are

  • You have 5+ years of work experience with a focus on digital marketing and/or content creation and campaign planning or similar
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business administration or communications
  • You have a good understanding of global campaign and content planning and experience in creating and customizing multi-channel digital content. Strong experience in managing large projects with many internal and external stakeholders is a plus. Understanding and experience of customer journey mapping, especially in digital environments is an asset
  • You are comfortable working in a complex global matrix organization and in a global virtual team across multiple time zones
  • You are familiar with lead generation & nurturing, inbound marketing and social media content development strategies
  • You’re comfortable using Adobe and /or Canva tools for content creation. Experience in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) is an asset
  • You have motivated, proactive and result-orientated way of working. You enjoy working in a team
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English, other languages are an asset
  • Capability to travel is required
