Responsibilities

HOW DOES THE ROLE IMPACT THE ORGANIZATION?

Seeking a creative and strategic Manager, Content Creation to lead the development of engaging content across digital and traditional channels to promote our products and services. Reporting to the AVP, Content Marketing, you’ll manage a small team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring our brand stories to life.

WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Content Strategy & Development
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the firm’s content strategy, including business line initiatives, annual themes, and national campaigns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and marketing/comms teams to develop overarching content concepts.
  • Write original, long-form content and adapt it into shorter, channel-appropriate formats (e.g., social media, email, web).
  • Repurpose content for regional markets and ensure alignment with brand voice and messaging.
  • Project Management & Process Improvement
  • Oversee content projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline content workflows and increase efficiency
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Manage and mentor a small team of content developers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including design, digital, and communications.
  • Partner with graphic designers to develop visuals and infographics.
  • Support special campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Digital & SEO Optimization
  • Create engaging social media posts to support new content assets.
  • Optimize existing content for SEO and write new SEO-driven pieces to improve performance.
  • Leverage AI tools for content creation and optimization (AIO knowledge is a plus).
  • Monitor content performance metrics and recommend improvements based on data insights.
