LINE PRODUCER) As a Sr. Line Producer at SpaceX, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the production of our video content to capture the world’s most advance rockets and spacecraft. With a focus on efficient project management and storytelling, you will ensure that key hardware developments, company milestones, and innovative narratives are documented through high-quality filming. This is a dynamic role where you will manage schedules, coordinate teams, and drive multiple projects to showcase SpaceX's mission. RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively develop and implement production plans to align filming schedules with company milestones, hardware developments, testing phases, and major missions across all sites. Manage shoot schedules and project timelines, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple initiatives to meet deadlines and capture critical content. Oversee project management for video productions, including resource allocation, budget tracking, and risk mitigation to deliver high-impact results. Identify and develop new and interesting stories within the company, collaborating with internal teams to highlight innovative aspects of space exploration. Work closely with creatives, engineers, communications team members, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and elevate the narrative quality of content. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree. 7+ years of experience in line producing or film production. Experience managing production for global clients and brands. Experience managing a production team. PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in film production, media arts, or a related field. 10+ years of demonstrated expertise as a line producer, showcasing a portfolio that reflects successful management of complex projects. Strong ability to work collaboratively with creative teams, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for storytelling. Exceptional attention to detail, with proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in coordinating and developing filming schedules, including logistics, crew management, and adaptability to evolving priorities. Stay abreast of industry trends in production management and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and content quality. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Please provide examples of prior work with your application. Must be willing to work some weekends to support launch operations and critical project timelines. Willingness to travel to remote launch sites or production locations as needed.
