YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, develop and manage continuous improvement projects across various European regions
• Research and conduct analysis on market and competition developments and develop financial models and forecasts
• Drive engagement by promoting best practices, knowledge sharing and facilitating workshops to drive continuous improvement
• Stakeholder engagement and communication through presentation of analysis results and strategic recommendations as well as overseeing

financial calculations for project approvals in collaboration with Finance

• Identify high-performing projects and individuals and coordinate award alignment with executives

related roles, consulting or industry experience a plus

• Ability to track and control project success using Lean, Six Sigma and other process improvement management systems
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills,
• Sound knowledge of controlling & financial analysis and strong skill in Power Point and Excel
• Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English, an additional European language is a plu
