Salary Range: $90,200 - $128,500 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Site Lead - People Development & Learning is responsible for driving Learning Initiatives that enable both individual & organizational growth to propel business priorities forward. This role will also serve as a point of contact for HR Business Partners, Managers and Employees as it relates to onboarding and the new hire experience. This role will dual report into Site Leadership and Zone Learning Leadership.
