Location: N7 W22081 Johnson Drive, Waukesha, WI 53186 JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE Responsible for ensuring that contracts are drafted, negotiated, and executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with legal and company policies. Will work closely with various departments, including legal, procurement, finance, and operations to facilitate the contract lifecycle from initiation to completion. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage the entire contract lifecycle including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts such as vendor agreements, client contracts, service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing to ensure favorable outcomes for the organization while mitigating risks. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contractual agreements by ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. Maintain accurate and organized records of contracts, amendments, and related documentation. Monitor contract expiration dates, renewal terms, and key milestones to ensure timely action. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors, clients, partners, and other external stakeholders involved in contractual agreements. Stay abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards related to contracts and ensure that contract management practices align with legal and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize contract management processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. Collaborate with internal departments such as legal, procurement, finance, and operations to address contract-related issues, resolve disputes, and facilitate effective communication. EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or certification in contract management or related discipline is preferred. Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or related field, preferably in a corporate or legal environment. Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation principles, and contract management best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
