PROFESSIONAL/TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
The Manager, Contract Negotiations and Performance is the principle change agent with respect to Fraser Health (FH) wide contract negotiations and financial improvement initiatives ensuring the transition to the desired future state. The Manager works seamlessly through contract negotiations and performance, ensuring a unified and consistent approach to contract and third party relationships, and ensures contract performance aligns with the organizational strategic objectives. The Manager works with the Financial Management Leadership Team to establish priorities and initiatives to improve the overall delivery. Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Education and Experience
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, and/or related discipline with relevant professional designation or accreditation, with a minimum of seven (7) years’ recent related experience working in a large complex business environment, including contract and supply chain management, strategic transformation, and project management experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
