所属部署・チーム名 Japan RBU 契約管理部 ※法人上の所属は「ソリューションズ（契約管理部）」となります。部署概要本部門は、ソリューションズおよびサービシーズのCSMSに関連する顧客契約およびベンダー契約を担当しています。両法人にまたがる契約書対応を行う専門チームであり、Japanローカル組織としてプレジデント直轄の位置づけにあります。主要なステークホルダーは、営業部門、プロジェクトマネージャー、法務、財務、人事など多岐にわたります。業務内容クライアント、ベンダー、データ提供者、その他第三者との契約書・注文書等のドラフト作成およびレビュー相手方からの契約文書に対する修正要求の精査と受け入れ可否の判断契約成立までの受発注手続きのトラッキング各種登記に必要な書類の準備社内各部署からの弁護士・弁理士等への相談窓口として、社外（IQVIAグループ含む）専門家との連携その他契約書作成に関連する業務全般チームの特徴設立から約1年の新しい組織であり、従来はソリューションズおよびサービシーズCSMSにそれぞれ契約管理部が存在していました。現在は業務効率と生産性の向上を目指し、属人的なノウハウを組織的な仕組みへと転換するフェーズにあります。契約に関する幅広い知識の習得を重視し、法務とは異なる契約書専門性の追求にこだわりを持っています。また、日々の業務においては「凡事徹底」を掲げ、ルーティン業務の確実な遂行にも注力しています。ポジションの魅力・キャリアパスビジネスは契約によって成立しており、その種類や内容は多岐にわたります。契約書の条文一つで企業のリスクが大きく左右されるため、判断に伴う責任と権限は非常に重要であり、やりがいのある業務です。部内では、派遣契約から業務委託契約、M&A関連業務まで幅広い契約に携わる機会があり、契約書の作成者から確認者へのステップアップも可能です。習得したスキルは長期的に活用できる専門性の高いものです。応募要件企業法務または契約関連業務における2年以上の実務経験ビジネスレベルの日本語（読み書き・会話）社内外ステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーション能力 Word、Excel、PowerPoint等の基本的な操作スキル歓迎要件英文契約書の対応経験その他繁忙期において月間30時間程度の残業が可能な方（1日あたり2〜3時間程度）期待される役割と成長ステップ成長ステップ・入社〜3ヶ月サービスラインや申請フロー等、業務遂行に必要な基盤の習得・4〜12ヶ月担当契約書のOJTを通じて、指導を受けながらも大半の業務を単独で遂行・13〜18ヶ月イレギュラーな契約書を除き、単独での対応が可能に・19〜24ヶ月全ての契約書を単独で対応可能となり、契約書以外の周辺業務にも対応 IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
