Our client is a global energy and utilities company, playing a key role in several industries with a broad portfolio spanning various energy-related projects. This role will be responsible for managing payroll activities to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, including the calculation and processing of employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions, in support of achieving business objectives.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, and controlling.
• Professional finance qualification (e.g., CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, etc.).
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and strong technical skills in financial reporting.
• Experience working in regional markets.

• Ensure the business strategy is effectively translated into annual operational plans, with performance closely monitored to align business plans with the overall growth objectives.
• Guarantee timely completion of all divisional reports, ensuring compliance with HQ and business policies and standards.
• Oversee the preparation of periodic management and progress reports to keep senior management informed of the status of various initiatives, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Lead the group’s financial consolidation process on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, overseeing the compilation of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
