SUMMARY

The Manager, Copy is responsible for providing high-quality omni-channel campaign, product, editorial and SEO copy, maintaining the Foot Locker Europe brand voice. This individual will also oversee the translations process and workflows for all of EMEA. They will act as supervisor and mentor to a team of copywriters.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the copy and translation teams across EMEA
  • Support concepting for brand and lifestyle campaigns in partnership with concept designers, art directors and external creative partners
  • Ideate and execute interactive messaging with agreed–upon strategy across digital and retail channels
  • Review copy suggested for vendor campaigns to ensure alignment with FL TOV
  • Review and support process of PDP content descriptions for all Foot Locker products
  • Oversee the other copy functions to ensure copy is produced intime according to agreed deadlines in partnership with project managers
  • Ensure there is consistency in TOV across channels, while ensuring that copy is channel specific based on best practices and key target audiences.
  • Review creative once copy is implemented into design
  • Support in localization of EMEA brand book and continuous maintenance for the lates rules, standards and TOV.
  • Oversee copy translations process
  • Manage external partners, platforms and budgets with agencies supporting on all copy and translations needs
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, design team and cross functionally
