Program Manager Data Management – €8,000 – €10,500 gross/month

For a large international financial institution, I’m looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic data management initiatives across the organisation. You’ll work at the intersection of data management, regulatory compliance, senior stakeholder management and strategic change, bringing structure and transparency to complex, bank-wide initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:Coordinate milestones, risks and dependencies across multiple data management initiatives
Drive progress around BCBS 239, ESG and AI-ready data
Prepare clear reporting and decision-making materials for senior leadership
Align stakeholders across different business and data domains
Identify blockers early and orchestrate solutions
Translate data strategy into measurable results

What we’re looking for:10+ years of experience in data management within financial services
5+ years as a Senior Program Manager / Roadmap Manager at executive level
Strong experience working in complex stakeholder environments
Excellent consultancy, communication and storytelling skills
Comfortable operating in politically sensitive, high-visibility environments
Master's degree
Fluent Dutch and English

Practical details:Start: October 2026 / ASAP
Duration: 12 months, with possibility of extension
36 hours per week
Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week in the office
Location: Central Netherlands
