Reporting to the VP, Talent Acquisition and Development, you will play a pivotal part in both the operational and people functions of the firm. You will ensure the smooth running of corporate services by managing vendors, systems, and administrative processes, while also acting as a trusted HR generalist who supports staff throughout their lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to benefits and day to-day HRIS management. By balancing organizational efficiency with employee support, you will contribute directly to Hillsdale’s high-performance culture and collaborative workplace.
