As part of a group of companies including a company builder, venture capitalist, and staffing agency, we work with approximately 60 consultants for our clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We specialize in strategy and transformation projects, which we not only design but also implement. As a Corporate Banking Manager (m/f/d), you will support leading banks in further developing their business models and successfully implementing innovative solutions. YOUR JOB:

• Management and control of demanding consulting projects in the corporate banking sector
• Advising banks on strategic, professional and technological transformation projects,
• Development of innovative solutions and successful implementation at the customer's site
• Analysis and optimization of business processes along the corporate banking value chain
• Leadership and development of project teams as well as coaching of (senior) consultants
• Expanding existing customer relationships and supporting the acquisition of new projects
• Preparation of offers, presentations and management documents
• Active participation in the further development of our consulting portfolio as well as in internal processes.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• You have successfully completed your studies in economics, business informatics or a comparable field.
• You have several years of professional experience in consulting or corporate banking at a bank.
• You have expertise in operational corporate customer business (e.g., through a staff function) and sound knowledge of the processes, products, and current challenges in one or more of the following areas:
  • Corporate Banking
  • Corporate sales
  • Operational Excellence
  • Credit processes, financing products and lending
  • Cash Management and Payments
  • International business
  • Trade Finance
  • Capital Markets
  • Regulatory & Compliance
  • Digitalization and process optimization
• You have experience in leading complex transformation, digitization, or regulatory projects.
• You are characterized by strong leadership and communication skills, a confident demeanor at the management level, a high level of customer focus, a passion for developing business relationships, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• A certain willingness to travel and flexibility for project-related reasons are a given for you.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs, experience with AI tools, and very good German and English skills.
