JOB DESCRIPTION
A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Manager, Corporate Controlling like you, to oversee and bring expertise to our team.
Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. The product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defence vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Minimum 6-7 years of relevant working experience in Business Planning, Budgeting, or similar roles at a multinational corporation
- Degree or Diploma in Finance or Business from a reputable institution and/or equivalent professional qualifications
- Proficiency in working with SAP and MS Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and manage multi-level stakeholder engagements
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills; good business acumen and ability to identify data anomalies, trends or deviations and introduce strategies for improvement
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently and in team settings
