Join us and help create exceptional workplace experiences that support our people to deliver outstanding care and services to older South Australians.   Join us as the Manager, Corporate Facilities Services and shape your future and ours.     A brighter future with Helping Hand, for older people and for you.   As our Manager, Corporate Facilities & Services, you’ll lead the function responsible for keeping our corporate office environments operating at their best.  You’ll oversee workplace operations, front-of-house services, business continuity and office support functions across our corporate offices.  You will also act as the central point of coordination between internal stakeholders, contractors and service providers to ensure our workplaces are safe, professional and ready to support the business.  This is a diverse role that combines leadership, operational management and facility coordination.  You’ll also make an impact by: * Leading day-to-day corporate facilities and workplace operations across office environments. * Overseeing front-of-house and corporate support services to ensure a professional employee and visitor experience. * Coordinating contractors, vendors and service providers to ensure effective corporate service delivery. * Driving workplace improvements and supporting office-based projects from planning through to delivery. * Working closely with Property, Procurement, ICT and Corporate Services teams to align workplace services. * Supporting business continuity planning and workplace readiness across corporate sites. * Monitoring service performance and ensuring quality, safety and compliance standards are met. * Promoting continuous improvement across workplace services and operations.   What you’ll bring To succeed in this role, you will have: * Experience in facilities management, workplace operations or corporate services leadership. * Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across diverse teams. * Proven ability to coordinate and work with multiple contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders. * Experience delivering workplace projects or operational improvements. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. * A proactive, solutions-focused approach and attention to detail. * Knowledge of workplace health and safety compliance requirements to ensure  business continuity.  * A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one.    You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following: * Experience in aged care, health, or community services environments. * Experience managing front-of-house or corporate concierge-style services. * Experience to property, capital works or workplace refurbishment projects. * Experience working in large, multi-site or complex organisational environments.      Please click the link below to view the position description: Manager, Corporate Facilities Services Position Description [https://helpinghandagedcare.sharepoint.com/:b:/s/PDupdate/IQD2BblpDt5lQ7-B5Bo2iH9CARqmDdiObNWxzLFnMdw2Hm0?e=nUKw2F]     Why Helping Hand?   We get it - a role in aged care is more than just money.
