JOB DESCRIPTION

Scope & Purpose:
The Finance Manager will play a critical role in the Corporate Head Office of ESAG. His main responsibilities will include overseeing complex financial processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, leading the consolidation of financials, managing post-merger integration activities for newly acquired entities, and supporting group restructuring activities. This position demands a strong understanding of financial reporting, auditing, and accounting standards, and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

EDUCATION:

1. Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACA, or ACCA (essential).
2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).

EXPERIENCE:

1. Minimum 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in financial management, consolidation, accounting, or audit.
2. Experience in working with multinational organizations (Big4 preferred) and handling complex consolidation processes.
3. Proven track record in post-merger financial integration and managing external audit relationships.
4. Experience in financial reporting under IFRS.
5. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software is an advantage.

1. Strong knowledge of financial accounting, consolidation, and reporting practices.
2. Expertise in managing external audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
3. Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and variance analysis.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

6. Effective communication skills to liaise with senior management and external parties.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
