JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Manager, Corporate Marketing to help bring our corporate brand content to life across multiple channels. Reporting to the Director, Corporate Marketing, you will lead project management activities across various teams to ensure we’re delivering enterprise-aligned brand marketing materials. You will also help manage corporate channel content, with a focus on LinkedIn and sunlife.com. This Manager role will also consult teams on content that inspires pride in our brand and engages our audiences.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that blends content creation, project management and channel management. The successful candidate must be a strategic, creative thinker, as well as a seasoned project manager who works well with others and can facilitate communication to groups.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and develop both paid and organic brand content that supports enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple channels (particularly social media and sunlife.com).
  • Work closely with our Design Team, agency partners, and internal partners to develop global content for internal and external audiences while also ensuring alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Manage Sun Life’s corporate LinkedIn presence, including content planning, publishing, community management and performance reporting.
  • Support governance of corporate content and channels, helping establish best practices, processes and reporting standards.
  • Lead day-to-day project management including timelines, stakeholder reviews and approvals.
  • Ensure all content and campaigns align with our brand guidelines and support strategic priorities.
  • Build wrap reports for leadership that measures and reports on performance for corporate brand content.
  • Maintain project document repositories.
