Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

Based in Singapore, the Manager, Corporate Planning & Business Intelligence is a pivotal role bridging strategic planning and operational delivery. You will support the Senior Director, Corporate Planning & Business Intelligence in shaping strategic direction, managing corporate planning initiatives and driving data-informed decisions that enhance organisational performance.
The role combines high-level analytical thinking with hands-on execution, involving collaboration with internal business units and external engagement with member airlines and strategic partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Corporate Planning & Strategic Alignment

  • Develop and analyse cross-functional business scenarios to assess potential impacts on product performance, commercial viability, and strategic positioning.
  • Support planning cycles with a focus on harmonising budgets, resource allocations, and delivery timelines across member airlines and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations that inform corporate strategy and support executive decision-making.
  • Define, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress, ensuring transparent tracking of progress.
  • Drive internal efficiency by promoting agile ways of working and integrated team workflows.

Business Intelligence & Analytics

  • Lead the design, enhancement, and implementation of BI processes, tools, and dashboards.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to generate actionable insights.
  • Ensure data governance standards are applied, in collaboration with the Digital & Technology team, to maintain accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging analytics technologies to strengthen decision-making.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage small teams and/or cross-functional projects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a bridge between strategic leadership, operational teams, and member airlines to ensure insights are embedded into decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and briefings for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
