Our focus is to transform financial data into insights, driving transparency in decision-making for top management. You will play a vital role in this, co-owning our financial reporting deliveries and collaborating broadly with finance colleagues around the world. It’s a highly dynamic role and you will be expected to:

• Leverage, analyze, and extract insights regarding financial performance to drive recommendations and help steer the company
• Prepare and synthesize insights for senior management - Group CFO, Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors
• Lead standard deliverables such as end-to-end monthly performance management reporting, from analysis to storyline creation to presentation
• Connect actual performance with financial outlooks and scenarios to provide relevant insights which form the foundation for management decisions
• Work with short-, medium- and long-term strategic priorities and support the continued development of our reporting, incl. digitalization
• Prepare deep-dive presentations for leadership team, reacting to ongoing developments – both internally and externally
