Role: Manager, Creative (Motion Design) Work Location: Mumbai (Malad) About Role: We are looking for a Motion Graphics expert who can transform ideas, scripts, and brand direction into engaging animated stories. This role focuses on storyboarding, animation, transitions, and background music, supporting brand marketing, product storytelling, campaigns, and internal communication across multiple Affinity brands. You will play a key role in creating high-impact video content that explains, promotes, and elevates our AdTech products and brand presence. Roles & Responsibility: Create engaging motion graphics and animated videos for brand campaigns, product explainers, social media, and sales content. Develop storyboards to convert briefs, scripts, or ideas into clear visual sequences and narratives. Execute high-quality 2D animations with strong attention to timing, pacing, and visual flow. Design smooth and impactful transitions that enhance storytelling and maintain viewer engagement. Select, edit, and sync appropriate background music and basic sound effects to complement motion visuals. Own the motion workflow end-to-end: storyboarding → animation → transitions → final video output. Ensure all motion assets are aligned with brand guidelines across multiple brands and platforms. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Design teams to deliver high-impact motion content. Required Skills: 5–7 years of experience in motion graphics / animation / video design. Strong hands-on expertise in: Storyboarding, 2D animation, Motion transitions, Background music integration & audio syncing Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects (mandatory). Working knowledge of Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Strong understanding of animation principles: timing, pacing, rhythm, and visual hierarchy. Ability to translate complex or abstract ideas into simple, engaging motion stories. A strong portfolio showcasing animated videos, explainers, and motion graphics. What Success Looks Like Consistently deliver high-quality motion content with clear story flow, smooth animation, effective transitions, and well-chosen background music. Establish a recognizable motion design language across Affinity’s brands. Support marketing and sales teams with engaging animated content that improves engagement and understanding. Improve turnaround time and consistency through reusable motion templates and workflows. Be recognized as the go-to motion expert across teams.
