Description
Develop and update integrated plans that include deliverables, strategic alignment, enterprise-wide impacts, milestones, risks, assumptions, constraints and overall investment. Manages moderately to highly complex creative projects & programs independently or with support of Associate or Specialist. Manage end-to-end photography production for brand, product, and campaign shoots-from concept through post-production. Coordinate pre-production planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with photographers, stylists, studios, and other creative vendors. Assist in handling contract negotiations, usage rights, and licensing agreements. Implement and improve production workflows, tools, and best practices to drive efficiency. Manage systems for asset organization, shoot tracking, and post-production delivery. Assist with annual budgeting and resource planning for photography production. Compelling presentation skills, persuasive and succinct oral, written and email skills. Able to develop and implement, with support, best-in-class vendor management processes. Deep knowledge of digital production & operations vendor landscape and capabilities. Proven technical understanding, with ability to grasp new technologies & concepts quickly. Interest in technology & digital innovation to solve complex customer and marketer problems. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
